The process of buying and selling on Reemy Inc. is very simple.

For sellers: When you list your items on Reemy Inc., upon a buyer's purchase, simply ship the item to one of our USA locations for inspection if it's valued at $200 and over, primarily for fraud prevention purposes. For items priced below $200, sellers will ship directly to the buyer, bypassing the inspection process. The inspection procedure will be recorded on video, and both you and the buyer will have access to this short video for your records. Following inspection, we'll securely ship the item to the buyer on the same or next business day. You'll then be able to deposit the payout to your bank account 3 full days after proof of delivery (tracking) is confirmed.

For buyers: Explore our collection of luxury accessories, designer handbags, collectibles, and clothing by browsing through our diverse categories. When you find an item you love, proceed to checkout, where you can select from a range of payment options including credit card, Klarna, PayPal, eCheck, ACH or wire transfer.

For items valued at $200 or more, the seller will ship it to one of our USA locations for inspection, primarily for fraud prevention. Once inspected, the item will be promptly shipped out on the same or next business day. Upon delivery confirmation, you have a generous 3 full days to request a 100% guaranteed refund, no questions asked. High-value items will be shipped via USPS Registered Mail, while exceptionally high-value items will benefit from door-to-door delivery or on location pickup.

Reemy Inc. charges a 10% fee on all items that are sold. This fee is calculated based on the item price only and does not include shipping or taxes.

There are no hidden fees—our 10% rate includes all necessary transaction costs, including those from payment processors like PayPal and Stripe.

Items priced under $200 are shipped directly to the buyer without passing through our inspection center, which helps keep fees low.

Sellers with high sales volume or have a certain threshold of active listings may qualify for reduced rates.

Funds are released to your bank account 3 days after delivery is confirmed. For new accounts and high-value items, funds may be held for up to 14 days, though most new accounts are cleared within 7 days.

To access this feature, simply navigate to the "Finances" section within the Store Manager area of the website. If you haven't set up a bank account yet, you'll be prompted to provide your personal and banking details for compliance verification purposes.

This verification process is conducted securely by Stripe, a trusted third-party payment processing service. While most verifications are completed immediately, it's possible that it may take up to twenty-four hours. It's important to note that this process must be completed for each bank account setup. Also note that we do not store any of your personal information used in the verification processed by Stripe.

Once your account is verified, you'll be able to seamlessly deposit funds into your bank account. We will never withdraw from your bank account. The transaction is always one way, meaning we only make deposits... never withdrawals.

You have the freedom to list as many items as you'd like on our platform. There are no listing fees or quantity limits imposed.

Yes, when you create an account, a store is automatically generated for you at no cost. Buyers can easily access your store by clicking on it from the storefront, where they can view all your listings conveniently in one place. This feature enhances the visibility of your offerings and simplifies the browsing experience for potential buyers.

Buyers have 3 days after delivery to initiate a return. For items worth $200 or more, returns are sent to one of our U.S. locations, where they’re checked against the original inspection video recorded when received from the seller. If the item matches, the return is approved. This process protects both buyers and sellers from fraudulent returns or claims.

For items priced under $200, the item will be returned to the seller, who will then assess and approve the return. If the seller is dissatisfied with the return, they can initiate a return case and seek mediation and assistance from Reemy. Reemy reserves the right to make the final decision in the mediation process.
