Welcome to Reemy! By using our platform, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use Reemy.

Reemy, Inc ("Reemy", "we", "our", or "us") Reemy Inc operates as a platform facilitating buying and selling of goods across the United States. It's crucial to understand that Reemy Inc acts solely as a facilitator, not a direct participant, in transactions between third-party sellers and buyers. We do not function as a typical auction house or a consignment shop.

The guidance we offer within our Services, covering aspects like pricing, shipping and listing serves purely as informational support. Ultimately, it's up to you whether you choose to adhere to this guidance. We help resolve disputes between buyers and sellers using short documented videos for orders over $200.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Reemy Inc does not exert control over or guarantee the presence, quality, safety, authenticity or legality of advertised items. Additionally, we do not verify the accuracy of users' content or listing, nor do we assure sellers' ability to sell items or buyers' ability to make payments. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee that transactions will be completed or that items will be returned.

1. Acknowledgment

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions then You may not access the Service.

You represent that you are over the age of 18. The Company does not permit those under 18 to use the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of the Company. Our Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your personal information when You use the Application or the Website and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. Please read Our Privacy Policy carefully before using Our Service.

2. Using Reemy

In connection with using or accessing our Services you agree to comply with this User Agreement, our policies, our terms, and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and you will not:

- violate or bypass any laws, regulations, third-party rights, or our systems, Services, policies, or decisions regarding your account status;

- utilize our Services if you are unable to enter into legally binding contracts (such as if you are under 18 years old), or if you are temporarily or permanently suspended from using our Services;

- neglect to pay for items you have purchased, unless you have a valid reason as outlined in an Reemy Inc policy, such as when the seller significantly alters the item's description after you've placed your order;

- fail to deliver items sold by you, unless you have a valid reason as set out in an Reemy Inc policy;

- manipulate the price of any item or interfere with any other user's listings;

- take actions that could undermine the integrity of the feedback or ratings systems;

- transfer your Reemy Inc account (including feedback) and user ID to another party without our consent;

- share your login credentials with any third parties. If you need authorized third parties (like employees or agents) to access your account;

- create listings, post, or upload content in inappropriate categories or areas on our sites;

- post false, inaccurate, misleading, deceptive, defamatory, libelous, or illegal content;

- distribute or post spam, unsolicited or bulk electronic communications, chain letters, or pyramid schemes;

- circumvent any technical measures used to provide our Services;

- distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm Reemy Inc or the interests or property of users;

- employ any robot, spider, scraper, data mining tools, or other automated methods to access our Services for any reason, unless you have obtained prior express permission from Reemy Inc;

- interfere with the functioning of our Services, such as by imposing an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure;

If we suspect that you are breaching this Terms & Condition Agreement or any of our policies, or misusing Reemy and/or our Services in any manner, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without limiting other remedies, to take various actions. These actions may include limiting, suspending, or terminating your user account(s) and access to our Services, delaying or removing hosted content, revoking any special status associated with your account(s), not displaying or demoting listings, reducing or eliminating discounts, and implementing technical and/or legal measures to prevent your use of our Services. We may provide a mechanism for users to report alleged violations for our consideration and action through one or more of these options, all at our sole discretion.

Fees & Taxes

We impose charges on sellers for utilizing our Services. Additionally, in certain cases where buyers utilize supplementary services like documentation & inspection, we may also levy charges on those buyers for such additional services.

The fees for sellers using our Services to sell goods and services are outlined on our Selling Fees pages. We reserve the right to adjust our selling fees periodically by posting the changes on the Reemy site at least fourteen (14) days in advance. However, no advance notice is necessary for temporary promotions or any changes resulting in fee reductions.

As a seller, you are responsible for fees related to all sales made using some or all of our Services, even if sales terms are finalized or payment is completed outside of Reemy. Specifically, if you provide or mention your contact information or request a buyer's contact information in the context of buying or selling outside of Reemy, you may be liable to pay a final value fee for that item, even if it remains unsold, due to your use of our Services in facilitating the introduction to a buyer.

As a seller, you are obligated to pay any applicable taxes. Reemy collect sales taxes from the buyer and exclude the sales tax from the payout. Reemy will remit the sales tax collected from buyers to the appropriate state authorities on behalf of the seller.

No Drop Shipping

Sellers are prohibited from listing items they do not physically possess at the time of sale. All items must be in the seller’s direct possession and under their control. Fulfillment through third-party suppliers, drop shipping services, or retail arbitrage is not permitted.

Listing Items

When listing an item for sale on our Services, you agree to comply with the following:

You assume full responsibility for the item being offered and the accuracy and content of the listing, including any content created using tools provided by Reemy or third parties, such as translation and image editing,

Your fixed-price listings may renew automatically every calendar month, based on the listing terms at the time, until all quantities sell or the listing is ended by you or Reemy, in its sole discretion.

Content that violates any of Reemy's policies may be modified or deleted at Reemy's sole discretion,

We may revise product information associated with listings to supplement, remove, or correct information,

Reemy may publish and promote your listings, including related content such as product reviews and feedback on the websites or in the applications, services, and tools of other cooperating third-party operators of websites, applications, services, and tools,

Selling fees do not grant exclusive rights to item exposure on our Services. We may display third-party advertisements (including links and references) or other content in any part of our Services, including within listings, at our sole discretion and without requiring consent from, or providing payment, fee reduction, or other credit to, sellers.

Trademarked Items

Users may list items bearing trademarks, logos, or brand names only if the items are genuine and lawfully owned by the seller. By listing a branded item on Reemy, you represent and warrant that:

- The item is authentic, not counterfeit or otherwise infringing on any intellectual property rights.

- The item was legally obtained, and you have the right to resell it under the First Sale Doctrine.

- Your listing does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or partnership with the trademark owner unless such a relationship exists and is clearly disclosed.

Reemy strictly prohibits the sale of counterfeit goods, replica items, or products that misuse brand names or trademarks in a misleading way.

Reemy reserves the right to remove any listing that, in its sole discretion, appears to violate trademark laws or the rights of any third party. Repeat violations may result in account suspension or termination.

Trademark holders may report suspected violations by submitting a claim through our contact us. Select "Intellectual Property Violation Notification" as the subject.

About Payments

Buyers may pay for your items using payment methods such as the following, the availability of which may vary:

- Certain credit or debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover),

- Stripe,

- PayPal,

- Direct debit,

- “Pay Later” payment methods, otherwise known in some areas as payment via installments, or “direct debit upon invoice” or “payment upon invoice,” or “Buy Now Pay Later”,

- Reemy coupons, gift cards, etc. (if applicable), or

- Reemy does not store credit card or tax information.

- A service fee may apply to completed transactions. These fees will be disclosed prior to purchase or listing.

- All prices and transactions are in U.S. dollars.

We may modify the scope of payment methods available at our sole discretion.

The underlying contract for the buyer’s purchase of “items” (which may refer to goods and/or services) from you is directly concluded between you and the buyer.

After a Managed Payments transaction occurs, you will receive a notification confirming such payment transaction. We will initiate settlement of proceeds received to your Financial Account (as defined below in Part I, Section 4 “Seller Onboarding”). You can access the status of your Managed Payments transactions, including settlements and other payment information, under the Payments tab in the Seller Hub, which will be available to you when you successfully onboard to Managed Payments. If a payment is made to you in error, or if you receive funds that you are not otherwise entitled to receive at the time of disbursement, we have the right to recoup such amounts from you.

Seller Onboarding

In order to use our services, you must register and accept these the following terms. If your onboarding is not immediately confirmed, you will receive notification that you have been approved to receive services once we have reviewed your information.

To use Reemy Payout, you agree to the following:

- Link a financial account, so you may receive settlements of proceeds from Reemy Payout to this account. If you reside in the United States or Canada, your linked financial account must be a bank account based in your country of residence, or such other type of account or instrument that we may permit in our discretion.

- Currently, payouts from Reemy can only be made through Stripe to a linked financial account. You may update your linked account at any time, subject to our approval.

- To receive payouts, you must:

- Complete Stripe’s financial account verification process, and

- Pass our security, risk, and legal compliance checks (including anti-money laundering requirements).

- This review typically is instant but in rare cases it can takes up to two (2) business days after you finish the verification, though it may take longer if there are any issues. We’ll complete the review as quickly as reasonably possible.

- By linking a financial account, you confirm that you are the rightful owner or have legal authorization to use it. In some cases, we may allow payouts to a financial account controlled by your legal representative. If you choose this option, you confirm that they are authorized to receive funds on your behalf and release Reemy from liability for any losses resulting from payouts to that representative.

- You must provide all information we reasonably request to verify your identity, manage your transaction settlements, and assess fraud or risk.

- If you're an individual, this may include (but is not limited to): Full name, Address, Phone number, Date of birth, Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), Bank account details, A valid government-issued ID (e.g., driver’s license or identity card)

- If you're a business, this may include: Legal business name, Business address and phone number, Entity type, Bank account and tax identification details, Business registration number, Information about your beneficial owners, directors, officers, authorized or legal representatives, and primary contact, including their names, titles, nationalities, contact details, and government-issued IDs (e.g., Social Security Number for U.S. entities)

- Provide us with all information necessary to authenticate you or your payment transactions, which may include validation of your phone number or email. You understand that we may be unable to execute certain transactions or complete certain requests without this information.

- You must maintain the accuracy of the information we have on file, and consent to our periodic updating of such stored information based on information provided by you, your bank, or other payments services providers. You will only provide us information about payment or settlement methods that you are authorized to use. You understand that if you update information such as your country of residency or bank account information, you may need to repeat some or all of the onboarding steps described above to continue using Payout services.

- Comply with all, and not cause a third party to violate any, applicable laws, regulations, rules, and terms and conditions in connection with your use of the Reemy Services. You will not use Payout services to move funds associated with gambling or money laundering. You understand that some third parties (such as banks, credit and debit card issuers, credit and debit card networks, and payments services providers) may have their own terms and conditions for the payment or settlement methods you or buyers choose to use in connection with payments that we manage, such as terms and conditions that relate to the settlement of funds, chargebacks, prohibited items, and overdrafts. Failure to abide by third-party terms and conditions may result in fees assessed to you, delays in your receipt of funds, or other actions taken by such third parties. You agree that we have no control over, or responsibility or liability for, such fees, delays, or actions.

You authorize us and our Affiliates to check information you provide to us, including by verifying the existence of your bank account and obtaining reports from, or comparing your information to, third-party sources. Such third-party sources may include without limitation, banks, credit agencies, data brokers, and other service providers. We reserve the right to close, suspend, or limit your account or rescind your access to any or all of our services in the event we are unable to obtain or verify any of this information. We are not responsible for any losses suffered by you as a result of incomplete or inaccurate information you provide.

Return Request Window

Buyers may request a return within 3 days of confirming delivery if the item

- Is significantly different from the description,

- Is damaged (not disclosed in the listing),

- Or they simply change their mind

- Return requests made after the 3-day window will not be accepted..

Items Over $200 — Reemy Inspection Center

For items priced over $200, returns must be sent to Reemy's Inspection Center for verification.

- Reemy will inspect the returned item to confirm it matches the original item and the buyer's claim.

- If approved, a refund will be issued.

- If the item is damaged, altered, or not the same item shipped by the seller, the return will be denied, and the item will be returned to the buyer.

Items Under $200 — Mandatory Return Acceptance & Inspection

For items valued at $200 or less:

- Sellers are required to accept return requests, unless the item is returned in a damaged condition, or as a different item than what was originally shipped.

- If the seller denies the return, they must open a case providing a clear explanation and supporting evidence (e.g., photos, shipment tracking, communication history).

- The buyer will have a chance to respond to the seller’s claim with their own explanation and evidence.

- Reemy will review both sides and make a final decision based on the information provided.

- Reemy’s decision is final and binding. Abuse of the return system by either party may result in account penalties or suspension.

Ineligible Returns

Returns will not be accepted if:

- The item is damaged, altered, or used in ways not described in the return request.

- The returned item is not the same as the original (e.g., item swapping or counterfeit returns).

- The return request is made after the 3-day post-delivery window.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only if the return is approved by either the seller or Reemy. Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method once return verification is complete.

Abuse, Fraud & Law Enforcement

Reemy’s decision is final and binding in all disputes. Abuse of the return system by either buyers or sellers may result in account restrictions, suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.

In cases involving suspected fraud, theft, counterfeit goods, or deliberate misrepresentation, Reemy reserves the right to:

- Withhold payouts or refunds,

- Permanently ban users involved, and

- Report the matter to relevant law enforcement agencies.

We cooperate fully with law enforcement in investigations involving fraudulent activity or criminal conduct on the platform.

Seller Responsibility

Sellers are expected to provide accurate listings and ship exactly what was sold. Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in returns being approved against them and further account action.

Responsibility for Account Information

Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their linked payout account details. By initiating a payout, you represent and warrant that:

- You are the lawful owner or authorized user of the linked account,,

- All information provided is accurate and up to date,

- You release Reemy from any liability arising from failed or misdirected payouts due to incorrect information.

Shipping

- All shipments must be made using a Reemy-issued shipping label to ensure valid tracking. Any shipment not processed through Reemy’s label system is ineligible for payment protection, and Reemy reserves the right to withhold payment if delivery cannot be verified.”

- Sellers are expected to ship sold items within three (3) business days of order confirmation. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in delayed or withheld payment, order cancellation, or suspension of selling privileges.

Payout Terms

These Payout Terms govern how and when sellers on Reemy may request and receive disbursements of available funds.

1. Payout Eligibility - Sellers may initiate a payout request only when funds are available in their Reemy account balance.

- Funds become available 3 calendar days after delivery is confirmed by the buyer or automatically marked as delivered.

- Payouts may only be made to a linked financial account that has been successfully verified through Reemy’s payment processor (e.g., Stripe).

- Reemy reserves the right to delay or withhold payouts for reasons including fraud review, account violations, payment disputes, chargebacks, or compliance with legal obligations.

2. Initiating a Payout

Once funds are available:

- Sellers can initiate a payout manually through their Reemy dashboard.

- Reemy may also offer automatic payouts on a regular schedule (e.g., weekly), where enabled.

3. Verification and Fraud Review

All payout requests are subject to review for security, fraud, and compliance. Reemy may delay, suspend, or cancel a payout if:

- The transaction is under investigation,

- There are signs of suspicious activity or fraud,

- The seller’s account is flagged for violating marketplace policies, or

- Legal or regulatory obligations require it.

- The account is recently activated.

4. Finality of Payout

Once a payout has been processed and funds are transferred to the linked financial account, Reemy is no longer responsible for those funds. If a payout is rejected by your financial institution, Reemy will attempt to return the funds to your account pending updated payout details.

Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You haven't purchased anything through the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose

Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, which means that some of the above limitations may not apply. In these states, each party's liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates and its and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the Service, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade practice. Without limitation to the foregoing, the Company provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that the Service will meet Your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.

Without limiting the foregoing, neither the Company nor any of the company's provider makes any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied: (i) as to the operation or availability of the Service, or the information, content, and materials or products included thereon; (ii) that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (iii) as to the accuracy, reliability, or currency of any information or content provided through the Service; or (iv) that the Service, its servers, the content, or e-mails sent from or on behalf of the Company are free of viruses, scripts, trojan horses, worms, malware, timebombs or other harmful components.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain types of warranties or limitations on applicable statutory rights of a consumer, so some or all of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to You. But in such a case the exclusions and limitations set forth in this section shall be applied to the greatest extent enforceable under applicable law.

United States Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that (i) You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and (ii) You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Waiver

Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not effect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.

We retain the right to cancel unconfirmed accounts or accounts that have remained inactive for a significant duration. Furthermore, we reserve the discretion to decline, alter, or terminate all or part of our Services for any individual or entity, without specifying a reason.
