Do you offer seller protection?

Yes, we offer protection to sellers.

1.) From abusive buyers - When we determine that a buyer has violated the abusive buyer policy, we will remove any associated negative or neutral feedback and defects, including any open cases. For abusive buyers, we may also limit their ability to request returns on Reemy. In serious cases or repeated abusive behavior, we may suspend the buyer's account.

2.) If something happens that is outside of your control - We will protect you by removing negative and neutral feedback and defects when things happen that are outside your control, such as weather or carrier delays, or when the item arrives late but tracking shows you shipped on time.

3.) For items that is at $200 and over - These items will be protected once it is marked as received by Reemy. Throughout its time in our possession, the item is fully safeguarded. In the unlikely event that the item sustains damage or goes missing while in our care, we assume full responsibility and compensate the seller with the full purchase price. Upon receipt, we conduct a thorough inspection of the item, documenting the process with a video inspection. This video serves as a reference in case a return or claim is initiated by the buyer, providing protection for both the seller and buyer against fraudulent returns and claims. Both parties will have access to the inspection video for transparency and peace of mind.

4.) From item that is under $200 - The seller will ship them directly to the buyer. Should the buyer wish to initiate a return, approval from the seller is required for the refund to be processed. If the seller is dissatisfied with the return for any reason, they may open a case, inviting Reemy to mediate and assist in resolving the matter. Items under $200 are advised to retain adequate photographic or video documentation prior to shipping the item.

USPS Shipping & Tracking

Reemy Inc. is fully integrated with the United States Postal Service (USPS) to provide reliable, trackable shipping for both buyers and sellers.

All shipments generated through our platform include USPS tracking, allowing both parties to monitor the shipment status in real time directly from their account dashboard. Tracking updates are automatically synced, eliminating the need for manual entry or third-party tracking tools.

For high-value items, we use USPS Registered Mail or other secure USPS services to ensure maximum protection during transit. Exceptionally high-value items may require signature confirmation, door-to-door delivery, or coordinated pickup to further safeguard the shipment.

Shipping labels can be generated directly through the Reemy Inc. platform when available, ensuring accurate address validation, proper service selection, and seamless tracking from shipment to delivery.

Once delivery is confirmed by USPS, tracking data is used to:

Release seller payouts according to our payout schedule

How many items can I list?

You have the freedom to list as many items as you'd like on our platform. There are no listing fees or quantity limits imposed. Each listing remains active for 30 days, but you have the option to enable automatic relisting to keep your items continuously available. This feature ensures convenience and flexibility for managing your listings efficiently.

Can I list items that I don't have in hand?

No, please only list items that you currently have on hand or if you plan to use a dropshipper. If your items are on consignment or are listed at an auction house, they must be removed from Reemy Inc.. This ensures that our platform remains dedicated to facilitating direct transactions between sellers and buyers for items readily available for purchase.

How and when do I get paid?

Your funds will become available for deposit into your bank account 3 days after we receive confirmation of delivery. For new accounts and for high valued items, your funds might be held for a maximum of 30 days but most new accounts are held for no more than 7 days.

To access this feature, simply navigate to the "Finances" section within the Store Manager area of the website. If you haven't set up a bank account yet, you'll be prompted to provide your personal and banking details for compliance verification purposes.

This verification process is conducted securely by Stripe, a trusted third-party payment processing service. While most verifications are completed immediately, it's possible that it may take up to twenty-four hours. It's important to note that this process must be completed for each bank account setup. Also note that we do not store any of your personal information used in the verification processed by Stripe.

Once your account is verified, you'll be able to seamlessly deposit funds into your bank account. We will never withdraw from your bank account. The transaction is always one way, meaning we only make deposits... never withdrawals.

Can I create a store on Reemy Inc.?

Yes, when you create an account, a store is automatically generated for you at no cost. Buyers can easily access your store by clicking on it from the storefront, where they can view all your listings conveniently in one place. This feature enhances the visibility of your offerings and simplifies the browsing experience for potential buyers.

How do I start listing my items?

After you have created an account, just go to the Store Manager portal and click "Listing" and then click on "Add New Listing" to list your items. You can see all your active listings from the Store Manager.

What if the item was damaged or lost during transit to Reemy Inc.?

Reemy Inc. does not assume responsibility for any items damaged or lost during transit to our USA locations. In the event of receiving a damaged item at one of our USA locations, we will refund the buyer and return the item to you. Subsequently, you may file a claim with the shipping carrier for compensation, provided you have purchased the appropriate shipping insurance. It's crucial to note that without proper insurance, you will not be covered for any loss or damage during transit.

To mitigate the risk of damage, ensure the item is securely packaged with ample bubble wrap to prevent shifting during transit. Additionally, obtain suitable insurance based on the item's value and always ship with signature confirmation. Choose the most reliable service offered by your selected shipping carrier, particularly for high-value items. To minimize the chances of a package being lost or stolen, we recommend dropping off packages with a mail clerk at your local shipping carrier's office. How are sales taxes collected and remitted?

When required by law, Reemy Inc. collects applicable sales tax at checkout on purchases made by buyers in the United States. The sales tax amount is calculated automatically based on the buyer’s shipping address and the applicable state and local tax rules.

Reemy Inc. acts as a marketplace facilitator and will collect and remit the applicable sales tax directly to the appropriate taxing authorities on behalf of the seller. Collected sales tax is displayed separately from the item price, shipping costs, and platform fees for full transparency.

How are returns handled?

The buyers have 3 full days to initiate a return after delivery confirmation. For items valued at $200 or more, the return will be sent to one of our USA locations to be compared against the initial inspection video made upon receipt from the seller. If the returned item matches the original, the return process will proceed. This procedure is vital for safeguarding both buyers and sellers from fraudulent returns or claims.

For items priced under $200, the item will be returned to the seller, who will then assess and approve the return. If the seller is dissatisfied with the return, they can initiate a return case and seek mediation and assistance from Reemy. Reemy reserves the right to make the final decision in the mediation process.

What happens if an item fails inspection?

If an item does not match the listing description or condition during inspection, the transaction will be canceled. The item will be returned to the seller, and the buyer will receive a full refund. Common reasons for inspection failure include undisclosed damage, missing components, or material misrepresentation of the item.

What if a buyer returns a different item or damages the item?

All inspected items are documented with a video inspection prior to shipment. If a returned item does not match the original inspection or shows signs of misuse, the return may be denied. Reemy Inc. uses inspection records as evidence to protect sellers from fraudulent returns and claims.

What if my item is not available?

It's crucial to promptly cancel the order if you don't have the item on hand and are unable to fulfill the order. Once canceled, the buyer will receive a full refund for their purchase. Accurate inventory management is essential to ensure you can fulfill all orders placed. As a seller, it's your responsibility to maintain up-to-date inventory records at all times.

Sellers who frequently encounter fulfillment issues or have excessive order cancellations, apart from those requested by buyers, may face account probation. During probation, items will have limited visibility to buyers. This measure is in place to maintain the integrity of our marketplace and ensure a positive experience for all parties involved.

Can buyers make offers, or are prices fixed?

Sellers control how their items are priced on Reemy Inc.. Listings may be set as fixed-price or include a “Make an Offer” option at the seller’s discretion. Sellers are never required to accept offers and retain full control over pricing decisions.

What categories are allowed or prohibited on Reemy Inc.?

Reemy Inc. allows listings in categories such as luxury fashion, designer apparel, handbags, watches, jewelry, sneakers, streetwear, and collectibles. Items may be listed as new, used or pre-owned, provided their condition is accurately disclosed.

Prohibited items include replicas or counterfeit goods, weapons, drugs, recalled items, stolen property, digital goods, services, NFTs, and any illegal or regulated products. Listings that violate these rules may be removed and accounts may be restricted or suspended.

Do you support high-volume or professional sellers?

Yes. Reemy Inc. is built to support both individual sellers and high-volume sellers. Our platform includes a seller dashboard with inventory management, order tracking, financial reporting tools and eBay inventory import and sync.

What happens if my account is suspended?

Accounts may be suspended for policy violations, fraudulent activity, or repeated disputes. Sellers always retain ownership of their items and funds. Any funds tied to completed transactions will be processed according to our payout policies. Suspended users may contact support to appeal or resolve account issues.
