What are your fees?

Reemy Inc. charges a 10% fee on all items that are sold. This fee is calculated based on the item price only and does not include shipping or taxes.

There are no hidden fees—our 10% rate includes all necessary transaction costs, including those from payment processors like PayPal and Stripe.

Items priced under $200 are shipped directly to the buyer without passing through our inspection center, which helps keep fees low.

Sellers with high sales volume or have a certain threshold of active listings may qualify for reduced rates.

Do you offer seller protection?

Yes, we offer protection to sellers.

1.) From abusive buyers - When we determine that a buyer has violated the abusive buyer policy, we will remove any associated negative or neutral feedback and defects, including any open cases. For abusive buyers, we may also limit their ability to request returns on Reemy. In serious cases or repeated abusive behavior, we may suspend the buyer's account.

2.) From something happens that is outside of your control - We will protect you by removing negative and neutral feedback and defects when things happen that are outside your control, such as weather or carrier delays, or when the item arrives late but tracking shows you shipped on time.

3.) For items that is at $200 and over - These items will be protected once it is marked as received by Reemy. Throughout its time in our possession, the item is fully safeguarded. In the unlikely event that the item sustains damage or goes missing while in our care, we assume full responsibility and compensate the seller with the full purchase price. Upon receipt, we conduct a thorough inspection of the item, documenting the process with a video inspection. This video serves as a reference in case a return or claim is initiated by the buyer, providing protection for both the seller and buyer against fraudulent returns and claims. Both parties will have access to the inspection video for transparency and peace of mind.

4.) From item that is under $200 - The seller will ship them directly to the buyer. Should the buyer wish to initiate a return, approval from the seller is required for the refund to be processed. If the seller is dissatisfied with the return for any reason, they may open a case, inviting Reemy to mediate and assist in resolving the matter. Items under $200 are advised to retain adequate photographic or video documentation prior to shipping the item.

Shipping Fees

All buyers are subject to a shipping fee determined by the shipping origin, destination, and total shipping weight (including the item and packaging). For items priced under $200, the shipping fee will be included in the payout. However, for items priced at $200 and above, where the item will be sent to Reemy for inspection, the shipping fee will not be included in the payout. Please consider this when pricing your item. An estimated payout feature is available when listing your item to provide you with a better understanding of your potential payout amount.

How many items can I list?

You have the freedom to list as many items as you'd like on our platform. There are no listing fees or quantity limits imposed. Each listing remains active for 30 days, but you have the option to enable automatic relisting to keep your items continuously available. This feature ensures convenience and flexibility for managing your listings efficiently.

Do you allow dropship products?

Yes, sellers are permitted to list items that can be drop-shipped from a vendor. However, it's important to note that return items will be sent back to the seller and not the drop shipper. This ensures a streamlined return process and facilitates efficient handling of returns for sellers.

Can I list items that I don't have in hand?

No, please only list items that you currently have on hand or if you plan to use a dropshipper. If your items are on consignment or are listed at an auction house, they must be removed from Reemy Inc.. This ensures that our platform remains dedicated to facilitating direct transactions between sellers and buyers for items readily available for purchase.

Can I create a store on Reemy Inc.?

Yes, when you create an account, a store is automatically generated for you at no cost. Buyers can easily access your store by clicking on it from the storefront, where they can view all your listings conveniently in one place. This feature enhances the visibility of your offerings and simplifies the browsing experience for potential buyers.

How do I start listing my items?

After you have created an account, just go to the Store Manager portal and click "Listing" and then click on "Add New Listing" to list your items. You can see all your active listings from the Store Manager.

My item was sold, what do I do now?

Congratulations on making a sale on Reemy Inc.! To prepare the item for shipping, please follow these steps:

1. Print out the packing label and include it in the package.
2. This label will help us match your shipment with the order, so it is important that the label is included. Without it, identifying your shipment may take longer.

Firstly, ensure the item is packaged securely. Depending on its nature, consider using ample bubble wrap to cushion the item within the box or container. If you can hear the item moving around inside the package when shaken, it's not adequately secured. Items that shift during transit are at risk of damage.

Secondly, choose a reliable shipping carrier that can deliver the item to one of our USA locations. You can procure a shipping label through Reemy Inc. by following these steps:

1. Go to "Store Manager"
2. Click on "Sold"
3. Select "Awaiting Shipment"
4. Choose the order that is waiting to be shipped, then click "Purchase Shipping Label".
5. You will need to enter the dimensions and total weight of the package.
6. Once purchased, you can print out the label and attach it to the package. Alternatively, you can purchase a shipping label directly from the carrier of your choice, but make sure to insure the package.

Please keep in mind that until the item reaches our location and is officially marked as received, you bear responsibility for its safe delivery, regardless of where you procure the shipping label. Hence, it's essential to invest in insurance for your package, particularly for high-value items. You can never be too cautious when it comes to ensuring the item's safety.

Furthermore, ensure the item is shipped with signature confirmation. This measure will provide you with added protection as a seller against any potential damage or loss of the item during transit.

What if my item is not available?

It's crucial to promptly cancel the order if you don't have the item on hand and are unable to fulfill the order. Once canceled, the buyer will receive a full refund for their purchase. Accurate inventory management is essential to ensure you can fulfill all orders placed. As a seller, it's your responsibility to maintain up-to-date inventory records at all times.

Sellers who frequently encounter fulfillment issues or have excessive order cancellations, apart from those requested by buyers, may face account probation. During probation, items will have limited visibility to buyers. This measure is in place to maintain the integrity of our marketplace and ensure a positive experience for all parties involved.

What if the item was damaged or lost during transit to Reemy Inc.?

Reemy Inc. does not assume responsibility for any items damaged or lost during transit to our USA locations. In the event of receiving a damaged item at one of our USA locations, we will refund the buyer and return the item to you. Subsequently, you may file a claim with the shipping carrier for compensation, provided you have purchased the appropriate shipping insurance. It's crucial to note that without proper insurance, you will not be covered for any loss or damage during transit.

To mitigate the risk of damage, ensure the item is securely packaged with ample bubble wrap to prevent shifting during transit. Additionally, obtain suitable insurance based on the item's value and always ship with signature confirmation. Choose the most reliable service offered by your selected shipping carrier, particularly for high-value items. To minimize the chances of a package being lost or stolen, we recommend dropping off packages with a mail clerk at your local shipping carrier's office. How are sales tax collected and reported?

Yes, when selling to buyers in the US, certain jurisdictions may mandate the collection of applicable Internet Sales Tax on transactions. As of July 1, 2021, a total of 46 jurisdictions necessitate the collection of sales tax. Reemy Inc. can facilitate this process by charging sales tax on purchases on behalf of the seller and remitting the collected sales tax to the seller as part of the payout total, minus any fees. However, it's important to note that the seller holds the ultimate responsibility for remitting the sales tax to the appropriate authority.

How and when do I get paid?

Your funds will be available for deposit into your bank account 3 full days after we receive delivery confirmation. To access this feature, simply navigate to the "Finances" section in the Store Manager on our portal. If you haven't set up a bank account yet, you'll be prompted to provide your personal and banking information for compliance verification. This verification process is securely handled by Stripe, a trusted third-party payment processing service. While most verifications are completed immediately, it may take up to twenty-four hours in some cases. Please note that this process must be completed for each bank account setup.

Once your account is verified, you'll be able to seamlessly deposit funds into your bank account. We will never withdraw from your bank account. The transaction is always one way, meaning we only make deposits... never withdrawals.

How are returns handled?

The buyers have 3 full days to initiate a return after delivery confirmation. For items valued at $200 or more, the return will be sent to one of our USA locations to be compared against the initial inspection video made upon receipt from the seller. If the returned item matches the original, the return process will proceed. This procedure is vital for safeguarding both buyers and sellers from fraudulent returns or claims.

For items priced under $200, the item will be returned to the seller, who will then assess and approve the return. If the seller is dissatisfied with the return, they can initiate a return case and seek mediation and assistance from Reemy. Reemy reserves the right to make the final decision in the mediation process.
