For Sellers:
When you list your items on Reemy Inc., follow these steps upon a buyer's purchase:

1. Items Valued at $200 and Above: Ship the item to one of our USA locations for inspection. This step is primarily to prevent fraudulent listing, claims or returns. The inspection process will be recorded on video, and both you and the buyer will have access to this video for your records. After inspection, we will securely ship the item to the buyer on the same or next business day.

2. Items Priced Below $200: Ship the item directly to the buyer, bypassing the inspection process.

3. Deposit the payout to your bank account 3 full days after proof of delivery (tracking) is confirmed. For new accounts and for high valued items, your funds might be held for a maximum of 30 days but most new accounts are held for no more than 7 days before their funds become available for deposit.

For buyers: Explore our collection of luxury accessories, designer handbags, collectibles, and clothing by browsing through our diverse categories. When you find an item you love, proceed to checkout, where you can select from a range of payment options including credit card, Klarna, PayPal, eCheck, ACH or wire transfer.

For items valued at $200 or more, the seller will ship it to one of our USA locations for inspection, primarily to prevent fraudulent listing, claims or returns. Once inspected, the item will be promptly shipped out on the same or next business day. Upon delivery confirmation, you have a 3 full days to request a 100% guaranteed refund, no questions asked. High-value items will be shipped via USPS Registered Mail, while exceptionally high-value items will benefit from door-to-door delivery or on location pickup.

Buyer & Seller Protection

For Sellers:
Seller protection begins once an item arrives at one of our USA locations and is marked as received. Throughout its time in our possession, the item is fully safeguarded. In the unlikely event that the item sustains damage or goes missing while in our care, we assume full responsibility and compensate you with the full purchase price.

Upon receipt, we conduct a thorough inspection of the item, documenting the process with a video inspection. This video serves as a reference in case a return or claim is initiated by the buyer, providing protection for both the seller and buyer against fraudulent listing, returns and claims. Both parties will have access to the inspection video for transparency and peace of mind.

For products priced under $200, the seller will ship them directly to the buyer. Should the buyer wish to initiate a return, approval from the seller is required for the refund to be processed. If the seller is dissatisfied with the return for any reason, they may open a return case, inviting Reemy to mediate and assist in resolving the matter. Items under $200 are advised to retain adequate photographic or video documentation prior to shipping the item.

For buyers:
Every purchase is backed by Reemy Inc.'s money-back guarantee. Items priced at $200 and over are sent to one of our USA location for inspection. This is to prevent fraudalent listing, returns and claims protecting both buyers and sellers. Upon receiving your item, you have a generous 3 days to inspect it thoroughly. If you're not entirely satisfied, you can return it within this timeframe for a full refund, minus the shipping costs.

In the unfortunate event that you didn't receive your purchase or if the item arrived damaged, we'll promptly refund you the full amount, deducting only the shipping costs. If you suspect that the damage occurred during transit, please notify us immediately and provide us with photos documenting the damage. Ensure the item is securely packaged in its original packaging and include the original packing slip. Lowest Selling Fees

For Sellers:
Reemy Inc. has 0% selling fee, just pay 3.5% + $.35 processing fee(credit card, Paypal). Buyers are only charge for the cost of the item, shipping, unless it's free shipping and tax. There are no hidden fees.

Sellers have the opportunity to qualify for reduced fees based on their sales performance. Achieving a certain sales volume or maintaining more than 1000 active listing renders sellers eligible for fee reductions. We periodically reivew these accounts for further fee reductions.

For Buyers:
For items totaling $200 and above or items that has the "Reemy Verify" badge, your items will be managed at one of our USA facilities. From the moment we receive the package from the seller until the item is carefully repackaged, every step is meticulously documented and inspected to ensure complete transparency. Rest assured, all items will be securely packaged to guarantee optimal protection during transit. We offer a range of shipping methods, including Priority Mail, Ground Advantage, Certified Mail, and Registered Mail, all provided by USPS, UPS and FedEx and selected based on the item's value. Additionally, some high-value items may qualify for our exclusive Door-to-Door delivery service, carried out by a Reemy Inc. employee. Alternatively, a convenient pick-up option will be available at one of our office locations for these premium items.

For items below $200, the seller will ship directly to the buyer unless it's marked with a "Reemy Verify" badge. Our money back guranteed applies to all items regardless of item price.

For Buyers:
Reemy Inc. provides a variety of secure payment options, including credit cards, PayPal, Klarna, and bank wire transfer. These payments are processed securely through trusted platforms such as Stripe and PayPal, which are renowned for their reliability in managing online transactions. Notably, there's no requirement to create a PayPal account when using credit cards for payment. Inspection Videos

For Buyers & Sellers:
All transaction amounting to $200 or more, will be sent to Reemy Inc. for inspection. Our dedicated and well trained staff meticulously open each package, carefully documenting its contents. A video recording during this process will be available to both buyer and seller to ensures complete transparency and provide essential reference in all return cases or claim.

By default, items priced under $200 will be directly sent to the buyer from the seller, bypassing our standard documentation and inspection process. However, sellers have the option to include this service for their item(s) during the listing. By adding this service, items under $200 will be routed to Reemy Inc. for thorough documentation and inspection. The pricing for this add-on service will entail a flat service fee deducted from the payout.
